Like its name, The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline provides a hotline or suicide related issues, but is open to anyone who needs support from a trained personnel.

Teen Line provides a safe, confidential place to talk things out with another teen who can understand and will listen, but not judge. They offer confidential hotline for teenagers from 6:00pm to 10:00pm PST, text lines, message boards, resources, and information for any teen that wants someone to talk to.

Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network, RAINN, is a support organization that can call/chat with you on sexual assault issues, provide support from a trained staff member, and help find a local health facility for survivors of sexual assault. This resource is for anyone who affected by sexaul assault issues and needs support.

Youthline

YouthLine is a peer-to-peer youth crisis and support service that provides crisis support and referrals via phone, text, chat, and email. Any youth is welcome to contact YouthLine with any magnitude of problems.

The Trevor Project provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer & questioning (LGBTQ) young people under 25 through their various chat and hotlines. However, they also have variouse studies and resources for education upon their goals of stable mental health of LGBTQ.

Sexual Assault Resource Center is a non-profit that provides support for sexual assault related issues. They provide a hotline, free counseling services, and legal case management for everyone who wants to reach out and use these resources.

Multnomah Country Call Center

Mental health hotline developed by the Multnomah County. This line is for anyone with a mental health or addiction related problem or anyone who knows someone with a mental health or addiction related problem to recieve help and information. They also provide translators for non-english speakers.

Anxiety and Depression Association of America - ADAA

Anxiety and Depression Association of America, or ADAA, is an international nonprofit dedicated to the prevention and treatment of anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring disorders through education, practice, and research. While ADAA does not directly provide support lines or treatments, they are a treasure chest of information for a variety of mental disorders and their prevention methods, identification, and outside treatment options/support resources.

Mental Health America - MHA

Mental Health America is nonprofit dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness. While they have no immediate resources, they have a compilation of information and guides for people who want to find help or help their friends.

National Eating Disorders Association - NEDA

National Eating Disorders Association supports people affected by eating disorders, and as a prevention method and access to quality care. They offer to anyone who needs or wants the resources a help line, screeing tool, and various information pages and videos to educate the people about eating disorders.
